Provide recommendations and feedback for operational strategies to meet client requirements. Build and update territory business plans. Report on competitor activities and utilize company CRM diligently.

Collaborate with senior leaders across Eurofins Discovery companies. Leverage internal resources to accomplish sales goals. Maintain high technical competence in Chemistry services.

Requirements

  • Proficient understanding of the drug discovery process
  • Experience selling chemistry and pharmacology services to pharma and biotech clients
  • Ability to prospect drug discovery client personas
  • Skills in developing client relationships through face-to-face and collaborative methods
  • Knowledge of operational strategies in drug discovery services
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for sales tracking
  • High level of technical and application competence in Chemistry services
  • Understanding of Eurofins Discovery portfolio and resources

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Eurofins Discovery portfolio comprising chemistry, pharmacology products and services within assigned territory to achieve sales targets
  • Demonstrate proficient understanding of drug discovery process and sell portfolio to US client base
  • Prospect for client persona requiring services or products for drug discovery
  • Develop and support client relationships through collaborative approaches including frequent face-to-face meetings
  • Provide recommendations and feedback for operational strategy to meet client requirements
  • Build and document territory business plans to accomplish sales targets and update regularly
  • Report on competitor activities in region or globally
  • Provide monthly reports against key metrics and diligently utilize company CRM
