Inizio Ignite is the global advisory partner for health and life sciences, encompassing connected expertise across Research Partnership, Putnam, Vynamic, and STEM. Putnam seeks an experienced strategy consultant with existing life sciences experience and deep domain expertise. Roles are practice-specific and hired directly into defined Putnam practices to build sustained capability.

The Global Consultant is fully dedicated to the end-to-end project lifecycle, providing continuity and hands-on delivery support to accelerate adoption within Putnam teams. This role delivers deep domain expertise within the practice and increases value creation for clients. The position focuses on solving complex business problems in biopharma, medtech, and related markets.

Consultants gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations for clients. They communicate findings to client teams and senior stakeholders while supporting implementation to achieve measurable impact. Collaboration occurs across teams and geographies in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers opportunities to rapidly build domain knowledge and apply strategy frameworks to highly technical client contexts. Consultants work on product strategy, portfolio prioritisation, market access, commercial excellence, and growth strategy initiatives that shape the future of health.

Requirements
