Day-to-day work centers on building value dossiers, conducting pharmaco-economic studies, and preparing budget-impact analyses. You will adapt global value propositions into compelling local messages and manage the full P&R submission process with HIRA, NHIS, and MoHW.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Public Health; master’s in health economics preferred
  • Pharmacist license preferred
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Experience or knowledge of HEOR pricing policy and procedures preferred
  • Working knowledge of Korea Healthcare System, P&R regulations and process
  • Proven ability to develop value dossiers and key messages
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop Pricing & Reimbursement Strategy and Plan for assigned new products
  • Generate value dossiers, pharmaco-economic studies, and budget impact analyses
  • Develop value messaging through local adaptation of Value Proposition & Story
  • Monitor Market Access environment changes to secure optimal pricing conditions
  • Lead pharmaco-economic study localization and work with vendors on execution
  • Manage the P&R process and prepare supplementary documents for payers
  • Conduct value communication with HIRA, NHIS, and MoHW
  • Ensure local price management complies with global pricing governance
