Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Public Health; master’s in health economics preferred
- Pharmacist license preferred
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Experience or knowledge of HEOR pricing policy and procedures preferred
- Working knowledge of Korea Healthcare System, P&R regulations and process
- Proven ability to develop value dossiers and key messages
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
- Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Develop Pricing & Reimbursement Strategy and Plan for assigned new products
- Generate value dossiers, pharmaco-economic studies, and budget impact analyses
- Develop value messaging through local adaptation of Value Proposition & Story
- Monitor Market Access environment changes to secure optimal pricing conditions
- Lead pharmaco-economic study localization and work with vendors on execution
- Manage the P&R process and prepare supplementary documents for payers
- Conduct value communication with HIRA, NHIS, and MoHW
- Ensure local price management complies with global pricing governance
