The Senior Brand Manager leads Hematology brand strategy and operations in Ho Chi Minh City. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, launch readiness activities and P&L management to meet brand objectives while adapting to dynamic market conditions.

Day-to-day work involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to execute omnichannel campaigns, manage KOL relationships and analyze market data for rapid strategic decisions. The role ensures compliance with AstraZeneca policies and industry marketing codes.

Requirements

  • Experience in pharmaceutical brand management within oncology or hematology therapeutic areas
  • Proven ability to manage brand P&L and deliver against commercial targets
  • Strong skills in omnichannel marketing and digital campaign execution
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical field
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and vendor management
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and industry codes of marketing practice in pharmaceuticals

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Hematology brand by developing and implementing strategic and operational marketing plans to achieve brand objectives
  • Build and manage P&L for the therapeutic area aligned with company goals
  • Lead execution of brand operational plans and launch readiness activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic development, tactical implementation, quota and tender building, and new market assessment
  • Manage external vendors to deliver personalized omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market research and customer insights to adapt strategies in a VUCA environment
  • Engage KOLs to gather insights and secure support for brand strategies
  • Develop and execute digital brand strategies while optimizing resources for maximum customer engagement
