About this role
Gedeon Richter is seeking a committed and experienced Group Brand Manager to develop global brand strategy and oversee its implementation across subsidiaries in the Richter global market. This role is responsible for successful product launches and maximizing the life cycle of assigned brands while managing profit and loss aspects.
In this position, you will plan and execute global promotional campaigns and events, lead and control marketing activities in affiliates, and coordinate new product introductions. You will also monitor market trends, own the sales forecast, and set market access and pricing strategy for the entire product group.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal divisions and external partners to ensure effective portfolio management. As a senior professional, you will supervise the brand group and provide professional support and mentorship to international brand managers within the product category.

Requirements
- University degree (medical, pharmacist, or economist)
- Fluency in English at a conversational level
- Computer skills at user level with excellent analytical skills, ability to synthesize and simplify complex tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
Responsibilities
- Develop global marketing strategy for brands and category, coordinating new product launches
- Plan and execute global promotional campaigns and events, leading and controlling marketing activities in affiliates
- Manage profit and loss responsibility, monitor market trends and own sales, and report changes in the therapeutic area
- Maintain full ownership of allocated brands from feasibility phase through end of promotion
- Set market access and pricing strategy, forecasting and demand planning
- Initiate lifecycle management (LCM) projects and proactively participate in product lifecycle management
- Support business development decisions by reviewing offers, analyzing data, and making sales forecasts
- Supervise the brand group and provide professional coordination and mentoring to international brand managers
