This role reports to the Senior Brand Manager and is responsible for managing the strategy for assigned consumer healthcare products. You will plan consumer communication and drive new product development activity within a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.

Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of similar experience managing OTC products
- University degree in Health Sciences (preferably Pharmacy), Business Administration, or Economics
- Preferably a master's degree in marketing or the pharmaceutical industry
- High level of English
- High level of Spanish
- Residence in Barcelona
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and problem-solving ability
- Innovation, creativity, numerical and analytical capacity, and curiosity for new industry trends
Responsibilities
- Define and implement different marketing strategies for assigned consumer healthcare products
- Guarantee market analysis by analyzing competition in terms of companies, products, and consumers
- Define brand positioning relative to main competitors
- Define and implement the Marketing Plan
- Plan and implement communication actions across all channels, both online and offline
- Define and implement new product launch strategies
- Measure campaign performance and return on investment
- Participate in budget preparation, marketing expense forecasting, and tracking
