About this role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams for commercialization of new products as well as business process projects. You will define and manage project scope, timing, funding and resource requirements in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Collaborate with the project team to identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans. Align closely with R&D, Regulatory and Quality to ensure products meet regulatory standards. Keep project sponsors and senior leaders informed of status and issues.

As a member of the PMO, you will serve as a champion for the product development process throughout the organization. You and your team will work to ensure that we meet the needs of our customers with high quality products.

Requirements

  • BS degree or equivalent in engineering, natural sciences, business, or related field with 5+ years of experience in life sciences, chemistry, engineering, business, or related industry.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years supporting complex high stakes programs.
  • Project management formal education, training, and/or PMP certification.
  • Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000/ISO13485/IVDR).
  • Exhibits strong leadership skills, motivated, provides inspiration and vision to teams.
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
