As a Manager, Medical Science Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in connecting science with practice, advancing reproductive medicine worldwide. You will deliver accurate, balanced, and timely scientific information to healthcare professionals and decision-makers, and build strong scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders.

This role offers the opportunity to help write the next chapter of reproductive medicine, supporting phase IV studies and investigator-initiated trials, and representing Ferring at advisory boards and major conferences. You will collaborate with global experts and drive research and education initiatives in a supportive, flexible environment.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO) required.
- 2+ years of experience in reproductive medicine, maternal health, infertility, or related fields.
- Familiarity with FDA and OIG regulations; training provided to deepen expertise.
- Experience with clinical trial design and biostatistics preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with opportunities to present at conferences and collaborate with global experts.
- Located within the Southwest territory (TX, OK, AR, MS, LA) and willingness to travel up to 60%, with flexible scheduling and support for work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, balanced, and timely scientific information on Ferring products to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Build strong scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders and academic centers to drive research and education initiatives.
- Support Phase IV studies and Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs) from protocol development to completion.
- Provide ongoing scientific training and field support for Sales and Corporate Account Managers.
- Monitor medical advancements and competitive activities in reproductive medicine.
- Represent Ferring at advisory boards, speaker trainings, investigator meetings, and major scientific conferences.
