The GMAx&P Lead drives worldwide market access and pricing strategy for Strategic Brands Ophthalmology, including Izervay for geographic atrophy.

Serve as the central link between the GMAP team, cross-functional partners, and co-creation markets. Own the development, rollout, and implementation of global Market Access and Pricing strategies across all relevant markets. Expand role to include investigational GA cell therapy as it moves toward launch.

This hybrid position requires onsite presence 2 days per week in the Addlestone office. Expect moderate international travel given the global nature of the role. Collaborate closely with AMT, GCT, and in-scope markets to support pricing and reimbursement efforts.

Requirements

  • Expertise in global market access and pricing strategies within pharmaceuticals
  • Deep knowledge of ophthalmology therapeutic area and geographic atrophy
  • Experience developing pricing and reimbursement submissions across international markets
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams like AMT and GCT
  • Familiarity with co-creation markets and life cycle management in pharma
  • Strategic mindset for investigational therapies approaching launch
  • Understanding of health technology assessment processes in key markets

Responsibilities

  • Drive worldwide market access and pricing strategy for geographic atrophy caused by age-related macular degeneration
  • Own development, rollout, and implementation of global Market Access and Pricing strategies across all relevant markets
  • Serve as central link between GMAP team, cross-functional partners, and co-creation markets
  • Expand strategies to include investigational GA cell therapy as it moves toward launch
  • Collaborate closely with AMT, GCT, and in-scope markets to support pricing and reimbursement efforts
  • Develop life cycle management plans for Strategic Brands Ophthalmology
  • Coordinate global pricing corridors and value proposition for ophthalmology products
