Join our UK Commercial team as a strategic Market Access Manager in a field-based role covering the Southern UK region. You will shape regional strategies, build stakeholder relationships, and drive access to our medicines aligned with national objectives.
Develop and execute regional market access strategies to support brand objectives while leading initiatives for formulary inclusion and funding optimization. Build trusted relationships with NHS England, ICSs, ICBs, local authorities, and payer influencers. Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, medical, regulatory, and business development teams to align plans.

Requirements
- Proven experience in UK pharmaceutical market access, including pricing, reimbursement, and HTA processes
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, particularly ICSs, ICBs, and specialised commissioning pathways
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across healthcare systems
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify access barriers and develop actionable solutions
- Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, medical, regulatory, and business development teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional market access strategies to support brand and commercial objectives
- Lead initiatives to secure formulary inclusion and optimise funding for service elements like patient pathways
- Build and maintain relationships with NHS England, ICSs, ICBs, local authorities, and payer influencers
- Collaborate with internal teams to align regional plans with national strategy and support future product launches
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring ROI and readiness across the portfolio
