Pharmacist

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our team at Kroger Store 927 in Indianapolis. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customer health while working for one of America's largest retail pharmacy chains. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our diverse customer base.

As a Pharmacist, you will fulfill customers' prescription needs with a focus on accuracy and patient safety, provide comprehensive patient counseling and pharmaceutical care, and ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations including HIPAA. You'll maintain professional pharmacy operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality assurance standards while creating positive customer experiences through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill prescriptions and provide patient counseling on medications
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and controlled substance security
• Supervise and schedule pharmacy technicians to meet business needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for legal compliance
• Monitor pharmacy equipment and ensure proper operation
• Handle product returns and recalls per company policy
• Continuously expand pharmaceutical knowledge and skills
