Your primary focus will be to develop process and technology solutions that enable innovation programs within the High-Speed Converting Team. You will lead and support end-to-end process development from early process definition to project commercialization and design optimization. Additionally, you'll provide creativity in the design, development, and optimization of Personal Care converting equipment.

You will work closely with product, material, and engineering leads to provide functional guidance in the design and development of converting processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science related discipline.
  • Analytical skills to collect and assess data to support technical recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to complete assignments and related activities.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize and support projects on a self-directed basis.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Process Engineering support within the High-Speed Converting Team, focusing on process and technology solutions for innovation programs.
  • Lead and support end-to-end process development from early process definition to project commercialization and design optimization.
  • Develop and execute plans for the optimization and improvement of manufacturing and converting processes.
  • Establish equipment designs that deliver against process and product success criteria.
  • Provide creativity in the design, development, and optimization of Personal Care converting equipment and processes.
  • Work closely with product, material, and engineering leads to provide functional guidance in design and development.
  • Develop knowledge and skills to become an effective subject matter expert in advanced process development and documentation.
  • Ensure safety in equipment design and operations, providing for the safety and well-being of operators and maintenance personnel.
