About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. You will assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, leveraging a strong understanding of project management principles and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
You will lead cross-functional projects through planning, execution, and delivery, specifically including new product development (NPD) projects from early concept through launch. Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resource coordination while driving PMO governance, documentation, and reporting.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across teams, coordinating work across engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and marketing while supporting regulatory, quality, and manufacturing readiness for new product introductions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with stakeholders and team members.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving, analytic-thinking, and decision-making abilities. This role offers the opportunity to lead NPD projects and drive PMO governance, providing exposure to product lifecycle management from concept to launch.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions
- Excellent decision-making abilities, with a focus on prioritization and risk management
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to translate complex engineering or manufacturing information into clear actions, timelines, and project requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field with business or project management exposure
- 1-3 years of previous experience or internships in manufacturing, project engineering, project management or related fields is advantageous
