The Senior Project Manager leads development, execution, and improvement of market access programs across Commercial, Exchange, Medicare, and Medicaid. This role designs initiatives like specialty pharmacy partnerships to enhance member experience and reduce drug spend.

In this cross-functional position, maintain detailed implementation plans, operational workflows, and training materials. Ensure program quality and compliance through structured audits and documentation. Collaborate with Analytics for opportunity assessments and savings reporting.

Partner closely with internal teams, external vendors, and pharmacy partners on strategic initiatives. Own vendor relationships with emphasis on member experience and client value capture. Support program execution across all lines of business in a fast-paced environment.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing long-term product and process enhancements. Contribute to commercialization via pricing, marketing enablement, and RFI/RFP submissions. Rebuild trust in U.S. healthcare through innovative market access solutions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain new and existing market access programs across all lines of business
  • Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program planning and execution
  • Regularly update and maintain implementation plans, workflow guides, trainings, rules sets, and other documentation
  • Implement quality control processes, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions for program compliance
  • Own relationships and provide oversight of third-party vendors and partners like pharmacy providers or manufacturers
  • Partner with Analytics team to develop opportunity analyses and ongoing savings performance reporting
  • Support go-to-market strategy including pricing, marketing, implementation, and RFI/RFP submissions
