BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Advancing the world of health is our Purpose. The Deputy Manager Medical Affairs executes and implements Clinical Strategies for MDS in respective regions to create clinically differentiated market position.
Conduct Clinical Marketing Education Programs, Seminars, and In-service Programs to improve BD MDS value proposition. Engage KOLs towards MDS business outcomes and achieve regional business objectives. Build clinical capabilities through trainings and evaluations for sales organization and channel partners.
Create regional calendars of engagements with potential and existing customers for brand awareness. Support sales with product evaluations, clinical audits, and technical challenges in hospitals. Lead key customer relationships and KOL networks to drive product usage and conversions.
Reports to Medical Affairs Leader and collaborates with Regional Sales Manager, sales associates, and global teams. Unique skills include clinical understanding, influencing without authority, business acumen, and presentation skills. BD success factors emphasize customer focus and learning agility.
Requirements
- MBBS & MBA (Preferable)
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Industry

Responsibilities
- Conduct Clinical Marketing Education Programs, Seminars, Promotional Events and In-service Programs to improve BD MDS value proposition amongst clinical and economic buyers
- Build clinical capabilities through administering trainings and continuous evaluation amongst regional MDS direct selling organization and channel partners
- Create and implement regional calendar of engagements with potential and existing customers to create strong brand awareness
- Support sales organization with product evaluations, clinical audits in hospitals, setting protocols and resolving technical challenges
- Lead key customer relationship management and creation of regional KOL network to ensure usage of BD MDS products
- Coordinate timely completion of clinical and economic studies initiated in the region
- Conduct Induction Training Programs, provide clinical updates, product refreshers and run Clinical Proficiency Tests
