About this role
As a Pharmacovigilance Science Apprentice within Sanofi's Global PV Science team, you will participate in monitoring the safety of products in clinical development or already on the market. This 12-month apprenticeship in Gentilly offers a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world drug safety surveillance.
Your day-to-day work will involve contributing to the drafting of official reports, such as signal evaluation reports and responses to health authority questions. You will collaborate on various signal monitoring and detection activities, and take part in analyzing aggregated data from different sources.
You will support the preparation of analysis presentations for internal governance committees and participate in project meetings dedicated to benefit-risk analysis. The role also includes helping to prepare key documents like risk management plans and periodic reports.

Requirements
- Curiosity, organization, and team spirit
- Knowledge of medical dictionaries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Aptitude for digital tools
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Currently pursuing a Bac+5 (Master's level) in vigilance, biology, or pharmacy
Responsibilities
