As an MSL, you will create and execute a short- and long-term medical and scientific support plan based on understanding unmet needs of key opinion leaders and the competitive landscape. You will disseminate clinical and scientific information according to the medical panel and provide scientific and technical support to ensure access to updated product and therapeutic area information.

You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with in-field members such as Market Access and Sales while retaining functional independence. You will also propose relationship actions with HCPs, support continuing medical education events, and contribute insights captured during visits to doctors and opinion leaders.

Requirements

  • Degree in health, preferably medicine, pharmacy, nutrition, biomedicine, or nursing
  • Advanced English
  • 3-5 years of experience as MSL
  • Experience in therapeutic areas such as gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/CNS, or respiratory
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
  • Strong scientific knowledge to interpret and disseminate clinical data
  • Ability to develop and execute medical and scientific plans aligned with business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a short- and long-term medical and scientific support plan based on understanding unmet needs of KOLs and the competitive landscape
  • Disseminate clinical and scientific information with the medical panel previously established
  • Provide scientific and technical support to ensure access to updated information on products and therapeutic areas
  • Propose relationship actions with HCPs to the medical team
  • Support continuing medical education events with doctors and HCPs by proactively developing relationships
  • Ensure a strong medical and scientific presence for EPD in key academic centers by facilitating research initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access and Sales while retaining functional independence
  • Contribute insights captured during visits to doctors and opinion leaders and participate in scientific congresses
