MSA group in Healthcare Excellence (HCE) covers areas like cardiology, endocrinology, infectious diseases, neurology, critical care, oncology, and women's health. Each specialist handles multiple disease areas within a unit, collaborating on clinical development and scientific interactions. Focus on timely product launches and strategic post-launch development.
Engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) to gather insights on unmet medical needs, then generate evidence to transform clinical decisions and expand patient access. Collaborate with quality management, regulatory affairs, and market access groups to support HCE vision of advancing RDKK business and solving Japan's medical challenges.

Requirements
- Medical qualification (physician, dentist, pharmacist, nurse) or related Master's/PhD degree
- Create value using medical knowledge to contribute to company growth from customer perspective
- Desire to learn and challenge new fields, especially unfamiliar disease areas, and share with team
- Leadership in daily tasks and projects regardless of job grade
- Growth Mindset and Out of Box Thinking for innovative ideas beyond past experience
- Holistic perspective to consider and execute comprehensive medical strategies
- Enjoy collaboration with team members on shared disease areas
- English reading and writing proficiency
