In your role as Medical Science Liaison Manager (Neurology & Psychiatry), you build partnerships with external experts to promote advocacy and scientific exchange. You handle training and further education for the scientific community and Teva functions like sales, marketing, market access, and key account management. You support medical activities for Teva's medicines.
You collaborate closely with Medical Advisors and cross-functional teams, participating in internal and external medical/scientific projects. You coordinate and lead your own projects while analyzing current medical and scientific information on products and therapy areas. You maintain knowledge via communication, trainings, conferences, and congresses.

Requirements
- Strong team player who works independently, sets priorities, multitasks, and is detail-oriented
- Deep engagement with scientific medical topics and ability to communicate them efficiently to various target groups
- Map external experts (EE) according to segments and provide high-level scientific information and data
- Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals
- Medical expertise in Psychiatry therapeutic area plus insights into pharmaceutical market, business, health system, and relevant guidelines
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, ability to influence and negotiate with external experts
- First experience as MSL or alternatively several years of field service activity
- Valid driver's license and openness to travel in the region
