In this role, manage the brand or therapeutic area by developing and implementing marketing plans including brand strategic, operational, and launch readiness plans. Build and manage P&L aligned with company objectives to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals. Oversee messaging and ensure tactical execution supports brand imperatives.

Work closely with marketing, matrix, medical, legal, and promotional compliance teams to develop high-impact materials. Collaborate with external vendors for personalized marketing campaigns and analyze market research, data, KOLs, and customer insights. Drive successful execution of promotional tactics and brand plans.

Support brand digital strategy with channel insights, tactical recommendations, and execution of campaigns using websites, interactive aids, email, and search marketing. Requirements

  • Passionate about pharmaceutical brand management in Respiratory & Immunology
  • Self-motivated in developing and implementing pharma marketing plans
  • Detail-oriented in P&L management for therapeutic areas
  • Team player experienced in cross-functional pharma matrix teams
  • Skilled in analyzing pharma market research and KOL insights
  • Proficient in digital pharma marketing channels and tactics
  • Knowledgeable in pharma promotional compliance and legal requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy strategies to achieve business goals, maintain/improve sales, profit, and market share
  • Oversee and develop messaging of relevant content to ensure tactical execution ladders up to brand imperatives
  • Ensure successful and timely execution of marketing brand plans and implement key promotional tactics
  • Work effectively with members of marketing and matrix team to implement product strategies
  • Work collaboratively with medical, legal, and promotional compliance teams to develop marketing materials
  • Manage and work with external vendors to create personalized marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market research, data sources, KOLs, and customer-facing teams for customer insights
  • Support development of brand digital strategy and lead execution of digital campaigns and programs
