About this role

You will be a trusted scientific partner for oncology clinicians and researchers across Argentina. Build and maintain professional relationships while sharing clear, evidence-based medical information. Gather clinical insights that shape medical strategy and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and commercial colleagues.

This field-based position requires frequent in-person meetings with clinicians across your territory.

Use remote tools to collaborate with internal teams while managing regular travel and flexible working hours. Plan and lead scientific exchange activities like advisory boards and investigator meetings. Support clinical research including investigator-initiated studies and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (MD), PhD, PharmD or equivalent life sciences degree with proven experience in oncology or onco-hematology
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant clinical, research or medical affairs experience in oncology or onco-hematology
  • Previous experience engaging with healthcare professionals in a medical liaison, clinical research or related role
  • Fluent Spanish and clear verbal and written communication skills; intermediate to advanced English
  • Able to work independently across an assigned geographic territory and manage priorities
  • Current legal authorization to work in Argentina
  • Prior MSL experience in oncology or onco-hematology (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the Argentine oncology landscape, clinical guidelines and key opinion leaders (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with oncologists, hematologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams in your territory
  • Share balanced, evidence-based scientific information and clinical data with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders
  • Support clinical research activities, including investigator-initiated studies and collaborations
  • Collect, analyse and communicate clinical insights to inform local and regional medical strategy
  • Plan and lead scientific exchange activities such as advisory boards, investigator meetings and local presentations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support medical education, patient safety and appropriate clinical practice
