They conduct dynamic medical/scientific exchange with healthcare/scientific communities on approved and investigational oncology assets.

The role requires scientifically trained individuals with strong clinical/scientific backgrounds and excellent communication skills. Based in Center-North Italy with Milan office as national base, it involves 60% national and international travel. MSLs generate insights and foster collaborations related to Genmab’s oncology portfolio.

Requirements

Scientifically trained with strong clinical/scientific background in oncology
Excellent communication skills for medical/scientific exchange
Experience establishing relationships with healthcare professionals and scientific experts
Knowledge of clinical landscapes and competitive environment in oncology
Ability to gather insights on emerging data and evolving clinical practice
Familiarity with clinical trials, investigator-sponsored trials, and feasibility assessments
Proficiency in Italian and English for national and international interactions

Responsibilities

Act as a local expert for Genmab’s areas of interest, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, clinical landscapes, and competitive environment
Establish and maintain enduring relationships with members of the healthcare/scientific communities
Provide clinical and scientific information on Genmab products to HCPs in response to unsolicited requests
Deliver non-promotional scientific exchange on disease area and clinical data
Gather insight on emerging data and evolving clinical practice to inform strategies
Represent Genmab at selected medical/scientific conferences
Collaborate with clinical development teams to support company-sponsored studies including site identification and recruitment
Align and execute a local territory plan in accordance with EUR/RoW and global MA strategies
