Support the Protein Discovery group in the Scientific Innovation Office researching therapeutic uses of proteins.

Participate in statistical and bioinformatic analyses across department projects. Tasks include preparing and merging databases, exploratory data analysis, designing pipelines for automatic data collection via APIs, and creating AI analyses for evaluation. Provide support to team members in bioinformatic analysis.

Requirements

  • University Degree or Master's student in Bioinformatics
  • Knowledge of programming in R and/or Python positively valued
  • Minimum C1 level of English
  • Motivated to learn new work procedures and contribute ideas
  • Availability for agreement of minimum 5 hours daily for 6-12 months
