Requirements
- Experience developing brand strategies in consumer health or pharmaceutical products
- Proficiency in analyzing consumer insights, sales data, and competitive landscapes
- Background in collaborating with marketing agencies and cross-functional teams on campaigns
- Knowledge of market research methods and test marketing for pharma brands
- Skills in defining product criteria and participating in product line prioritization
- Ability to build partnerships with medical societies and opinion leaders
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical market trends and regulatory considerations
- Expertise in monitoring brand performance metrics in the Asia Pacific region
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with target audiences, align with market trends, and elevate market presence
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with discovery, development, marketing, and other teams to innovate brand messaging, visual identity, and identify new market opportunities
- Analyze emerging market trends, consumer insights, sales data, and competitive landscape to adapt brand positioning
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and advertising agencies to create compelling campaigns, product design, and promotional activities
- Design, implement, and evaluate market research and test marketing initiatives to validate product concepts
- Define and refine product criteria and characteristics, participating in screening, prioritization, and improvement of product lines
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including medical societies, opinion leaders, and customers
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize brand performance metrics
