Shape regional access and pricing strategies that deliver transformative cancer medicines to patients faster across Europe and Canada. In this role, you will steer regional strategy and execution for priority oncology portfolios, aligning evidence, value, and pricing for launch and lifecycle impact. This role sits at the intersection of science, policy, and commercial execution.

Partner closely with global, regional, and country teams to navigate EU HTA implementation, evolving evidence requirements, international reference pricing, and shifting oncology funding models. Translate scientific innovation and healthcare trends into actionable regional access strategies that maximize patient impact and portfolio value. Lead pricing excellence and access readiness for best-in-class oncology launches.

Report to the Head of EUCAN Oncology Market Access and Pricing and collaborate with Global OMAP, Medical, HEOR, Policy, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams. You will work cross-functionally to bridge global intent with local market realities. This environment translates global oncology strategies into regional implementation plans.

Drive lifecycle value and pricing innovation, including indication sequencing, combination pricing, and evidence-based differentiation in competitive therapeutic areas. Optimize list and net price strategies, access conditions, and value realization to enable timely access outcomes. Shape the future of oncology access across a dynamic regulatory and funding landscape.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of oncology market access and pricing dynamics across Europe and Canada.
  • Proven expertise in EU HTA implementation, international reference pricing, and evolving evidence requirements.
  • Strong ability to translate scientific innovation and healthcare trends into actionable access strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional partnerships with Global, Medical, HEOR, Policy, and Commercial teams.
  • Strategic thinking to align global intent with local market realities for priority oncology portfolios.
  • Knowledge of lifecycle pricing and value strategies, including indication sequencing and combination pricing.

Responsibilities

  • Translate global oncology market access and pricing strategies into regional implementation plans, bridging global intent with local market realities.
  • Lead regional access readiness and pricing excellence, optimizing list and net price strategies, access conditions, and value realization for oncology launches.
  • Develop pricing, reimbursement, and value strategies across the product lifecycle, including indication sequencing, combination pricing, and evidence-based differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Global Oncology Market Access Pricing (OMAP), Medical, HEOR, Policy, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams.
  • Navigate EU HTA implementation, evolving evidence requirements, international reference pricing, and shifting oncology funding models.
  • Turn complexity into clear, actionable strategies that maximize patient access and portfolio value.
  • Steer regional strategy and execution for priority oncology portfolios, aligning evidence, value, and pricing.
