TFS HealthScience, a leading global mid-size CRO, is seeking GMP Cell Therapy Manufacturing Laboratory Staff to support advanced cell therapy production at a state-of-the-art facility in Leipzig. In this hands-on role, you will perform cell and tissue culture activities in a GMP-compliant cleanroom environment. Day-to-day tasks involve executing manufacturing processes according to SOPs and batch records, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting aseptic operations.

Requirements

Proven experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
Hands-on experience with cell culture or tissue culture techniques
Background in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or laboratory work
Familiarity with aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
Based in or willing to relocate to the Leipzig area
Ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain accurate batch records

Responsibilities

Perform cell and tissue culture activities in a GMP-compliant cleanroom environment
Execute manufacturing processes following SOPs, batch records, and GMP guidelines
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities
Support aseptic operations and maintain cleanroom standards
Contribute to process consistency, quality control, and continuous improvement
Prepare and maintain cell culture media, reagents, and supplies
Monitor and record environmental conditions to ensure compliance with cleanroom specifications
