TFS HealthScience, a leading global mid-size CRO, is seeking GMP Cell Therapy Manufacturing Laboratory Staff to support advanced cell therapy production at a state-of-the-art facility in Leipzig. In this hands-on role, you will perform cell and tissue culture activities in a GMP-compliant cleanroom environment. Day-to-day tasks involve executing manufacturing processes according to SOPs and batch records, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting aseptic operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Hands-on experience with cell culture or tissue culture techniques
  • Background in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or laboratory work
  • Familiarity with aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Leipzig area
  • Ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain accurate batch records

Responsibilities

  • Perform cell and tissue culture activities in a GMP-compliant cleanroom environment
  • Execute manufacturing processes following SOPs, batch records, and GMP guidelines
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities
  • Support aseptic operations and maintain cleanroom standards
  • Contribute to process consistency, quality control, and continuous improvement
  • Prepare and maintain cell culture media, reagents, and supplies
  • Monitor and record environmental conditions to ensure compliance with cleanroom specifications
