About this role
TFS HealthScience, a leading global mid-size CRO, is seeking GMP Cell Therapy Manufacturing Laboratory Staff to support advanced cell therapy production at a state-of-the-art facility in Leipzig. This direct hire opportunity places you as a permanent employee within an industry-leading biotechnology organization.
In this hands-on role, you will perform cell and tissue culture activities in a GMP-compliant cleanroom environment. Day-to-day tasks involve executing manufacturing processes according to SOPs and batch records, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting aseptic operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Hands-on experience with cell culture or tissue culture techniques
- Background in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or laboratory work
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Leipzig area
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain accurate batch records
Responsibilities
- Perform cell and tissue culture activities in a GMP-compliant cleanroom environment
- Execute manufacturing processes following SOPs, batch records, and GMP guidelines
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities
- Support aseptic operations and maintain cleanroom standards
- Contribute to process consistency, quality control, and continuous improvement
- Prepare and maintain cell culture media, reagents, and supplies
- Monitor and record environmental conditions to ensure compliance with cleanroom specifications
