DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior Specialist Market Access Operations located in Shanghai. This role provides end-to-end operational support and execution of DPS China's tendering and VBP activities, along with broader market access operational processes and data management.

Serving as the national MA operations backbone, this role ensures accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and continuity of all tender and access-related operational work. By handling critical documentation and submission tasks, the role enables GAMA leadership, Market Access, and BU teams to focus on strategy and external engagement.

The position works closely with Tender/Bidding Managers, Market Access, and BU teams to support national and provincial tendering and centralized volume-based procurement (VBP) projects. This includes collecting, preparing, and managing company qualifications, product registrations, pricing information, and tender submission materials.

Requirements

Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device market access, tendering, or reimbursement operations.
In-depth knowledge of China's national and provincial tendering and VBP procedures.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple documentation and submission timelines.
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with commercial, regulatory, and market access teams.
Proficiency in data management and attention to detail for pricing and documentation accuracy.
Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) for internal and external communication.
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments and compliance requirements in China.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end operational support for national and provincial tendering and centralized volume-based procurement (VBP) projects.
Work closely with Tender/Bidding Managers, Market Access, and BU teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Collect, prepare, and manage company qualifications, product registrations, and technical documentation.
Gather and maintain pricing information for both company and competitor products.
Prepare tender submission materials in accordance with project requirements.
Support online price submission and tender system operations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Serve as the national MA operations backbone, ensuring continuity of all tender- and access-related operational work.
