The Medical Science Liaison serves as an internal expert supporting the U.S. nemolizumab team in Immunology. This role provides comprehensive medical and scientific support to external customers like physicians and health care providers.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with HCPs, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in assigned areas. Focus on proactive and reactive scientific information delivery in a compliant manner. Identify key opinion leaders and execute engagement plans within respective geography.

Collaborate with health care professionals on algorithms, guidelines, and research opportunities. Attend congresses, engage stakeholders, and provide educational support. Serve as a liaison to professional organizations and disease state advocacy groups.

Gather medical insights from scientific exchanges to support medical affairs strategies. Stay current on atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis developments through scientific literature. Gain challenging experiences with direct impact toward Galderma's ambition as the leading dermatology company.

Requirements

  • Advanced scientific training with expertise in immunology and dermatology
  • In-depth knowledge of atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs and KOLs
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific literature
  • Familiarity with nemolizumab and related therapeutic areas
  • Proven track record in compliant scientific exchange and medical insights gathering
  • Skills in supporting Investigator-Initiated Trials and data generation activities

Responsibilities

  • Identify key opinion leaders and cultivate a network of experts to drive regional, national, and international identification, tiering, and development for nemolizumab
  • Prepare and execute key opinion leader engagement plans and US KOL/Institution plans within respective geography
  • Conduct comprehensive disease awareness tactical plans by serving as an educational resource on disease state concepts through presentations and 1:1 discussions
  • Provide in-depth drug, mechanism of action, and emerging clinical information to health care providers in a compliant manner
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for data generation through post-hoc analyses, Investigator-Initiated Trials, and Medical Affairs-sponsored studies
  • Attend congresses, engage external stakeholders, prepare summaries, and present key perspectives including competitor analyses
  • Develop and conduct external and internal trainings such as sales training, speaker training, and advisory board alignment
