About this role

As an Executive Associate in the Fill Finish Facility, you will be responsible for operating key packaging and labeling equipment to ensure efficient production of pharmaceutical products. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and serialization of drug products.

Your daily tasks include operating the plunger assembly, denester, blister packing, and vial labeling machines, as well as the checkweigher system. You will also manage Track and Trace system operations for serialization and aggregation, ensuring product traceability.

You will work within a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards during all operations. Accurate documentation of activities in batch records and logbooks is essential to maintain compliance and audit readiness.

This position offers the opportunity to build specialized expertise in pharmaceutical packaging operations, particularly in fill finish processes. With accumulated experience, you may advance to senior operational or supervisory roles within the facility, leading production teams.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Graduation in Chemistry (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging operations.
  • Knowledge of GMP, safety, and quality standards.
  • Ability to operate plunger assembly, labeling, denester, blister packing, and vial labeling machines.
  • Experience with Track and Trace systems for serialization and aggregation.
  • Proficiency in calibration and verification of weighing balances.
  • Accurate documentation skills for batch records and logbooks.
