Are you ready to take full ownership of a strategic brand in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment? As a Brand Manager at Novo Nordisk Spain, you will shape and execute impactful brand strategies. Working cross-functionally to drive sustainable growth and improved outcomes for people living with diabetes.

You will be accountable for the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand plans to achieve business objectives at national level. Lead brand performance by translating insights into strong plans and ensuring excellent cross-functional execution. This combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a market-leading organisation.

As Brand Manager in Novo Nordisk Spain affiliate, you will work in cross-functional collaboration with local business units like Medical Affairs, Customer Engagement, Sales, Market Access, and international colleagues. Requirements

  • University degree in Life Science, Business, Marketing or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as Brand Manager / Product Manager / Marketing within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Proven experience in product marketing, with exposure to product launches and omnichannel marketing
  • Experience in the diabetes therapeutic area is an advantage
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders, work cross-functionally and communicate with impact
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand strategy aligned with business objectives, based on market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights
  • Develop and execute integrated brand plans, including messaging, promotional materials and omnichannel tactics across digital and face-to-face channels
  • Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, business intelligence, medical, legal and other key stakeholders to deliver flawless execution
  • Manage the marketing budget for the assigned brand, optimising resource allocation and maximising return on investment
  • Monitor market performance and adapt plans in response to changing market, customer and competitive dynamics
