About this role

This position in Lima, Peru leads market access core functions for Biosimilars and Oncology strategy, including introduction in Peru and accelerating biosimilar adoption. You will build Market Access capabilities across Peru for future launches.
Day-to-day involves building and implementing Market Access strategy for EPD’s existing and future portfolio, leading Institutional Business for Biosimilars, Oncology, and vaccination products. Execute listing and reimbursement strategies in private and public segments, secure reimbursements through submissions and stakeholder networking. Lead pricing initiatives, tender management, and early C-suite and government engagements for Biosimilars.
Serve as the focal point of contact between the regional team and the affiliate, organizing customer segmentation for Peru. Work in Established Pharma division, focusing on institutional private and public segments. Collaborate with key stakeholders to adapt Value Dossiers and implement HEOR initiatives locally.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience in market access strategy for pharmaceuticals
- Knowledge of biosimilars, oncology, and vaccination products
- Expertise in reimbursement processes and stakeholder networking in Peru
- Skills in pricing strategy and tender management
- Ability to engage C-suite and government stakeholders
- Understanding of HEOR initiatives and value dossiers
Responsibilities
- Build and implement the Market access strategy for EPD’s existing and future portfolio
- Lead the Institutional Business for Biosimilars, Oncology, and vaccination products in Peru
- Build and execute the listing strategy in the Institutional Private segment
- Build and execute the reimbursement strategy in public segment
- Secure reimbursement for products through timely preparation of submissions, effective understanding of local processes, and networking with key stakeholders
- Lead pricing initiatives across the portfolio and define local price strategy for Biosimilars and Oncology Products
- Accelerate Tender Management Excellence in the Country
- Build or adapt Value Dossier at local level and develop or implement HEOR initiatives
