About this role

Nexus Health, part of The Lockwood Group, collaborates with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients to develop science-based market access communications. They are seeking a VP, Group Copy Supervisor to create copy for payer marketers, HCPs, and other stakeholders, delivering evidence-based, clinically relevant programs.

The VP will lead and execute complex campaigns and strategic initiatives, including digital work, while managing copy teams to complete projects. They take a collaborative approach with cross-functional partners such as account, art, project management, and strategy, and contribute to business growth through pitch experience and client relationship development.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of payer audiences, channels, and reimbursement for rare, specialty, and small molecule therapies across broad indications
  • Experienced with patient services programs/HUBs
  • Ability to both lead and execute complex campaigns and strategic initiatives, including digital work
  • Has pitch experience and interest in contributing to business growth
  • Ability to take a collaborative approach to partnership with cross-functional partners
  • Ability to manage teams to complete projects
  • Possess 5-10 years market access marketing experience
  • Ability to develop client relationships and present content to senior life sciences executives
