As Medical Science Liaison Manager in Neurology & Psychiatry, you build partnerships with external experts to promote advocacy and scientific exchange. You handle training for the scientific community and Teva functions like sales, marketing, market access, and key account management. You support medical activities for Teva medicines.

You collaborate closely with Medical Advisors and cross-functional teams, participating in internal and external medical projects. You coordinate and lead your own projects while analyzing medical and scientific information on products and therapy areas. You maintain knowledge through communication, training, conferences, and congresses.

You act as contact for investigator-initiated studies in collaboration with clinical operations. The role offers space for growth, flexibility to balance life and work, and the chance to improve global health. Join a team focused on patient needs in Psychiatry for Gebiet Ost.

Requirements

  • Strong team player who works independently, sets priorities, multitasks, and is detail-oriented
  • Deep engagement with scientific medical topics and ability to communicate them to various target groups
  • Map external experts by segments and provide high-level scientific information and data to medical professionals
  • Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Master's degree or PhD in Medicine, Pharmacy, or other Natural Sciences
  • Medical expertise in Psychiatry plus insights into pharmaceutical market, business, health system, and guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, ability to coach and mentor colleagues
  • First experience as MSL or several years in field sales, valid driver's license, and openness to regional travel
