About this role

This role reports to the Marketing Manager and adapts the central marketing strategy to local needs and regulations. It focuses on managing digital channels and supporting events organization in an environment where product brands cannot be promoted directly. The position strengthens corporate brand awareness while respecting restrictions.

Daily tasks include overseeing social media accounts for consistent presence and creating engaging content that reinforces brand messages. Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to boost open and conversion rates. Manage the local digital presence, including website usability improvements for better engagement.

Coordinate with global and local teams to align communications with brand identity. Support internal communication channels to keep the local team informed and engaged. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment based in Milan with a hybrid model near Garibaldi Station.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports with insights for continuous improvement. Adjust strategies based on analytics to enhance effectiveness. The role demands proactive adaptation in a challenging pharmaceutical context.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication or similar fields
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business (up to 50%)
  • Previous experience in Digital Marketing, at least 4 years
  • Proficiency in Adobe, WordPress, Google Ads, Photoshop, Illustrator, Veeva or similar CRM systems
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, ensuring an active and consistent presence
  • Create and curate relevant and engaging content that reinforces brand messages
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to customers, ensuring high open and conversion rates
  • Oversee the company's local digital presence, including the website and other digital platforms
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing and social media campaigns
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
