Oversee account performance, financial health, forecasting, and profitability while leading high-level client engagements like QBRs and annual planning. Provide proactive counsel on market access trends, payer landscapes, patient support, and access requirements. Drive long-term brand strategies aligned to business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Market Access agency or comparable healthcare/pharma experience
  • Proven success managing large accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Maturity to handle independent senior-level client contact
  • Understanding of therapeutic categories/disease states
  • Strong financial management and forecasting experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
