We have a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative opportunity promoting new and innovative products to Primary Care physicians. This suits highly experienced reps or sales professionals breaking into pharma.

Achieve territory sales goals by promoting products and services to physicians and medical personnel in assigned geography. Educate customers on product use, characteristics, advantages, indicated treatments, and developments. Professionally represent the company to ensure high visibility and customer satisfaction.

Maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers. Coordinate promotional efforts with peers across franchises and co-promotion partners. Manage company equipment and promotional materials per compliance guidelines.

Pursue continuous learning and professional sales development on effective techniques and product knowledge. Execute territory sales strategy using business plans and call activity reports. Report sales activities, expenses, and written reports accurately within deadlines.

Requirements

  • Ability to achieve territory sales goals promoting products to physicians and medical personnel
  • Skill in educating customers on product use, characteristics, advantages, and developments
  • Proficiency in maintaining relationships with external and internal customers
  • Knowledge of compliance guidelines, ethical sales practices, and promotional regulations
  • Experience with call planning, field productivity, and territory business planning
  • Commitment to continuous learning on sales techniques and product/therapeutic area knowledge
  • Ability to coordinate with peers and manage promotional materials

Responsibilities

  • Effectively promote and educate physicians on pharmaceutical products through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and approved speaker programs
  • Work in the field each week for call planning, customer follow-up, preparing presentations, making appointments, and report generation
  • Ensure high performance levels of call and field productivity
  • Meet Call Plan expectations and achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and promotional regulations
  • Execute company-approved Product Marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities
  • Support targeted customers using approved resources, sales materials, and promotional activities as identified by Sales Management
  • Coordinate promotional efforts with peers and co-promotion alliance partners, managing company equipment and materials per compliance
  • Ensure optimum territory sales strategy execution using annual territory business plan, regional business plan, and call activity reports
