The Brand Manager Pharmaton SOCOPAC is key to brand success and growth, providing strategic ideas, leadership and execution excellence. Coordinate marketing tactics, evaluate market changes and collaborate across departments daily. Monitor competition, manage budgets and drive digital strategies for impact.

Requirements

  • +3 years experience in regional brand management roles
  • Knowledge in product management and business development plans
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude with desire to make a difference
  • Autonomy and impactful leadership
  • Understanding of OTC and VMS markets
  • Ability to develop evidence-based marketing campaigns
  • Experience in digital marketing strategy and budget management
  • Analytical skills for market and competitor monitoring

Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing short- and medium-term strategic plans, proposing investment budgets and profitability goals
  • Coordinate implementation of marketing tactics to ensure strategic objectives are met
  • Evaluate and anticipate market changes to adapt company marketing activities
  • Meet sales plans, increase and maintain market share for existing and launching products
  • Collaborate with medical department to develop evidence-based campaigns and stay updated on relevant literature
  • Coordinate with local and international departments for timely product availability at points of sale
  • Develop and track digital marketing strategies and support brand channels
  • Monitor competitor activities, analyze results and manage pricing strategy
