About this role
The Medical Affairs Oncology MSL engages in scientific exchanges with SL/KDM, adhering to FM-SOP, MHLW medical drug sales information guidelines, and other regulations. This role focuses on the oncology therapeutic area, providing targeted scientific support. It ensures compliance while fostering key stakeholder relationships.
Respond to SL/KDM requests by delivering latest scientific information, MISP, and related data. Create and execute Individual Plans based on the Field Engagement Plan. These activities drive field-based medical strategy in pharmaceutical medical affairs.
Collect insights on Unmet Medical Needs and Data Gaps through Scientific Exchange. Gather and monitor latest papers, congresses for the assigned disease area. Build and update SL Lists to maintain robust stakeholder networks.
Share insights, papers, and congress information with internal related departments. Support advisory boards, Medical Education, and other medical events. This collaboration enhances cross-functional medical initiatives at MSD.
Operate in a hybrid work environment as a regular employee. Contribute to oncology medical affairs with opportunities for scientific communication and stakeholder engagement. Position supports long-term posting until 06/30/2026.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Scientific Exchange with SL/KDM in compliance with FM-SOP, MHLW guidelines, and other regulations
