CH · Full-time · CHF 45,000 – CHF 55,000

About this role

This internship offers the opportunity to work within the 'Energien und Medien' team at Roche's Kaiseraugst site, ensuring the reliable implementation and development of site and energy systems. You will operate at the intersection of classical engineering and cutting-edge technology, gaining deep GxP knowledge.

Your primary goal is to ensure a consistent data basis for media systems in a GMP environment. You will use AI tools to optimize data alignment processes, identify data inconsistencies, and support the establishment of AI tools across the engineering domain.

The team fosters a modern organizational model with self-responsibility and decision-making freedom, where you can contribute your talents meaningfully. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the entire value chain, from early research to patient supply.

This internship provides a unique chance to actively participate in improving and redesigning infrastructure, while working on lifecycle management of engineering documents. You will be supported in a culture that values personal expression, open dialogue, and genuine connections.

  • Contribute to the creation and filing of engineering documents (site documentation) as part of lifecycle management.
  • Perform measurement point audits and data reconciliation across different documentation layers.

Benefits

  • Freedom to take ownership and make decisions in a modern, self-responsible organizational model.
  • A culture that values personal expression, open dialogue, and genuine connections.
