About this role

We are seeking an analytical Senior Business Process Engineer with a strong background in service operations, computer science, or consulting. This role will work as part of our Business Transformation and CX team, supporting initiatives across all functions at Insulet.

You will work alongside transformation and operational teams to optimize performance, enhance automation, and enable scalable, efficient operations. The role requires developing deep expertise in process modeling, KPI dashboarding, process automation, and service onboarding using our own methodology.

Insulet is building an exciting greenfield business services organization with a major hub in Guadalajara, implementing a full range of services across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and other areas. You will have plenty of opportunities to experiment with the best ways of working, set standards, and develop skills.

This role will suit someone ambitious to develop expertise in how to operate services in a high-end multi-functional global business services environment. You will be a key contributor to our IGBS KPI dashboards and process modeling standards.

Requirements

Strong background in service operations, computer science, or consulting.
Deep expertise in process modeling (we use ADONIS).
Proficiency in KPI dashboarding (we use Power BI).
Experience with process automation and service onboarding.
Ability to develop and teach best practices in KPI development and data visualization.
Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and quality.
Experience working in a multi-functional global business services environment.

Responsibilities

Own IGBS KPI dashboards and be the primary source of expertise in KPIs and dashboard building, teaching the organization how to develop great KPIs and get value from them.
Build and maintain all IGBS KPI dashboards in Power BI, designing and visualizing data to help users understand trends and insights.
Manage data sources by working with functions, business transformation colleagues, and IT to identify and source data.
Be accountable for the accuracy and quality of the data and KPIs uploaded and presented, acquiring master datasets regularly and updating dashboards.
Create and edit Power Queries within Power BI to clean and transform data, and manually clean data as required before copying to master datasets.
Own the IGBS approach to process modeling, developing strong expertise in ADONIS and acting as a teacher and role model for the whole IGBS organization.
Promote the use of process modeling standards and toolsets, and maintain immaculate record keeping on data sources, calculations, and master data set organization.
Automate data uploads where possible and back up all master datasets.
