Responsible for integrated evidence planning, medical governance leadership, and driving scientific thought leadership worldwide. Interface extensively with regulatory, clinical, commercial, and external stakeholders to ensure success of oncology assets. Own the global medical strategy, ensuring seamless integration from early development to lifecycle management.
As a key member of the global Medical Affairs team, report to the VP, Head of Medical Affairs Oncology. Direct a cross-functional global medical matrix team including Scientific Communications, Field Medical, and Patient Advocacy. Drive medical leadership in governance bodies and cross-functional decision-making forums.

- Own and lead the global medical strategy across Moderna’s oncology portfolio, ensuring seamless integration from early development to lifecycle management
- Serve as final medical accountability for assigned oncology programs, including delivery of the integrated medical plan
- Drive medical leadership in governance bodies and cross-functional decision-making forums
- Lead the Development Integrated Evidence Team to build comprehensive data packages for regulators, payers, and other stakeholders
- Act as global medical lead in interactions with health authorities and payers
- Direct a cross-functional global medical matrix team, ensuring timely execution of deliverables
- Lead global launch readiness for oncology assets, including medical training and scientific engagement
- Build partnerships with global thought leaders to shape best practices and influence health policy
