With 125 years of expertise across 20 countries, the Manager, US Medical Affairs, HEOR & RWE executes assigned projects supporting the Integrated Evidence Plan and stakeholders.

Under leadership direction, manage economic modeling, Outcomes Research methods, protocol synopses, and validation of supporting materials for research priorities. Synthesize findings to create value messages and communicate effectively to diverse audiences including publications and congress presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams like US Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Global HEOR RWE, plus external partners, data collaborators, and clinician leaders. Represent US HEOR RWE on cross-functional teams as assigned by management.

Support execution of functional and stakeholder training and communications. Contribute to a robust pipeline within a global pharma innovator focused on 2025 Vision for oncology leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Advanced degree (Master's, PharmD, or PhD) in Health Economics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or comparable field preferred
  • 4 or more years overall related work experience required
  • 1 or more years direct HEOR related experience required
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned HEOR & RWE projects under leadership direction
  • Provide functional support for HEOR RWE research priorities by managing economic modeling, Outcomes Research methods, protocol synopses, and supporting materials
  • Synthesize research findings in assigned areas and assist with value and impact messages
  • Communicate information to diverse audiences and support development, review, approval of publications, and presentations at congresses
  • Collaborate with internal teams including US Medical Affairs, US Market Access, Global HEOR RWE and external stakeholders like alliance partners and clinician leaders
  • Represent US HEOR RWE on cross-functional teams as assigned
  • Support and manage execution of functional and stakeholder training and communications
