About this role
The Local Biosimilars Brand Manager – KSA leads commercial strategy, launch readiness, and in-market execution of the biosimilars portfolio in Saudi Arabia. This role drives cross-functional alignment across Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, and Finance. It translates global and regional strategy into local plans for sustainable growth and patient access.
In Established Pharmaceuticals division, the position ensures competitive biosimilar launches tailored to the Saudi healthcare ecosystem. Daily efforts include developing brand plans, analyzing oncology and immunology landscapes, and defining positioning and KPIs. Execution focuses on pre-launch preparation, HCP education, and stakeholder engagement.
The Brand Manager acts as local commercial integrator and launch leader with strong field presence. Responsibilities involve leading cross-functional teams without direct authority, building relationships with Sales, Medical, and Access functions. Collaboration with regional biosimilars team ensures alignment and best-practice sharing.

Requirements
- Experience leading pharmaceutical brand strategies in emerging markets
- Knowledge of biosimilars portfolio in oncology and immunology
- Understanding of Saudi healthcare ecosystem and SFDA regulations
- Cross-functional leadership in commercial, medical, and market access teams
- Expertise in competitive landscape analysis and tender environments
- Skills in launch planning and execution for branded generics
- Ability to translate global strategies into local tactical plans
- Proficiency in stakeholder mapping and HCP engagement in KSA
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of annual brand plans aligned with regional/global strategy and tailored to KSA market dynamics
- Define clear brand positioning, value proposition, and competitive strategy specific to Saudi Arabia
- Analyze local oncology and immunology landscape, competitive dynamics, tender environment, and access barriers
- Act as the local launch lead for biosimilars, ensuring end-to-end readiness
- Drive cross-functional launch governance and ensure milestone tracking
- Lead pre-launch market preparation initiatives, including HCP education and stakeholder mapping
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority to deliver aligned execution
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, Medical, Access, Regulatory, and Supply functions
