About this role
The Associate Director, Market Access Analytics is a senior individual contributor within Insights & Analytics, exclusively dedicated to partnering with Sobi North America’s Market Access teams. This role reports to the Director, Field Excellence & Market Access Analytics and serves as the analytics thought partner for payer, channel, and patient access performance across Sobi’s product portfolio. It translates complex access, channel, and patient journey data into actionable insights for decision-making.
Guide development of market access KPIs, lead analytics initiatives across core access domains, and ensure delivery of executive-ready insights through standardized reporting, dashboards, and business reviews. The role demands analytical rigor, hands-on involvement, deep understanding of U.S. market access dynamics, strong business acumen, and clear articulation of performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements
- Deep understanding of U.S. market access dynamics
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to clearly articulate performance drivers, risks, and opportunities to guide strategy
- Analytically rigorous and hands-on approach
- Experience translating complex access, channel, and patient journey data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard design and delivery
- Knowledge of payer access, formulary, contracting, rebate, channel performance, and patient affordability analytics
- Ability to partner with data management on architecture decisions
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the market access KPI framework across payer access, contracting, channel performance and patient access ensuring consistent definitions and performance tracking
- Analyze formulary positioning, payer policy trends, covered lives, utilization management; translate access challenges into clear, strategic guidance to leadership and field teams
- Assess contracting, rebate, channel mix, inventory, specialty pharmacy / 3PL performance; identify execution risks, pull-through gaps and optimization opportunities
- Evaluate patient activation, access friction, abandonment trends, copay performance and program effectiveness to inform access and affordability strategies
- Own front-end design and delivery of market access dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau, partnering with Commercial Data Management on data architecture decisions
- Lead standardized market access QBRs, including consistent narratives, visuals and performance storylines for internal and external stakeholder meetings
- Serve as the primary analytics advisor to Market Access teams
