About this role
The Clinical Project Manager leads projects by meeting with stakeholders to clarify specific requirements and allocating roles and responsibilities based on team members' strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. Ensures all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Assists in defining project scope and objectives involving relevant stakeholders for organizational feasibility.
Develops detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, performance, and documentation. Creates data analytics, diagrams, and process maps as needed. Manages changes to project scope, schedule, and costs while measuring performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Performs risk management and gap analysis to minimize risks, reports and escalates concerns to management. Represents the CMO by attending meetings and reporting back. Conducts non-project related data analysis, including ongoing report management and dashboards.
Upon project completion, conducts lessons learned sessions to identify weaknesses, successes, and recommendations. Enhances professional growth through educational programs, job-related literature, in-service meetings, and workshops. Adheres to departmental policies, procedures, downtime procedures, and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Visio, and Word
- Project Management Professional certification preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
