As Process Engineer I, manage and execute assigned Level 1 & 2 technology projects for new product programs, prototypes, and validations including processes, equipment, and tooling. Provide technical assistance for manufacturing operations Level 0 projects like continuous improvement, process optimization, and safety modifications. Drive projects within the plant while facilitating cross-department communication and task execution.
Champion process improvement focusing on value stream management, quality improvement, and cost reduction. Perform and oversee validation of manufacturing processes while supporting quality assurance to ensure systems meet specifications and standards. Conduct daily interactions with production staff to extract operational data and perform statistical analysis for root cause identification.
Lead process improvement projects representing all departments, communicating effectively at all levels and managing teams without direct reports. Participate in cost reduction initiatives, compile information, make recommendations, and monitor results. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and objectives for all processes and projects.

Requirements
- Ability to manage projects without direct reports of team members
- Proficiency in selecting and utilizing statistical methodologies and techniques
- Knowledge of validation regulations and procedures as subject matter expert
- Experience with IQ, OQ, PQ validation studies of equipment and processes
- Skill in root cause analysis and process optimization in manufacturing
- Familiarity with value stream management and manufacturing process validation
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with all personnel levels
