Support batch documentation processes and collaborate constructively in deviation investigations and change controls. Prepare, control, and evaluate technology transfers and scale-ups while optimizing operations for cost-efficiency. Develop best practices and strengthen LEAN in API manufacturing.

Provide data for cross-functional site operations and ensure added value in GMP and EHS compliance. Engage closely with QA, Regulatory, and R&D teams. Extend professional support to operational innovations and digital directions.
