Isolator Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Isolator Operator to join our production team. This role focuses on the compounding of intermediate products within an isolator environment, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are consistently met. The role is 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday including bank holidays, with alternating shifts of 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, or 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm weekly. Products and services help care for critically and chronically ill patients.

Operate within isolator systems aseptically per SOPs and GMP, perform material transfers with best cleanroom behaviour, and conduct routine and deep cleaning. Carry out bio-decontamination to maintain sterile conditions, complete batch records accurately, and monitor processes for improvements. Work effectively with team members while independently when required.

Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred, with strong understanding of aseptic techniques and controlled environments.
