About this role
Join our growing team at the forefront of pharmaceutical manufacturing. We are hiring Manufacturing Operators to support key functions in Fill, Finish, and Inspection operations. These positions ensure production of safe, high-quality medicines in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Operators handle equipment setup, machine operation, aseptic processing, weighing, mixing ingredients, capping, packaging, and defect inspection. Record steps in batch records, logbooks, and documentation. Perform material verification, line clearances, and reconciliations daily.
Team players with strong attention to detail thrive in regulated cleanroom environments. Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency is essential, with mechanical aptitude a plus. Physical demands include standing extended periods, lifting 50–70 pounds, and wearing full cleanroom attire.
Available roles suit hands-on technicians, detail-oriented inspectors, or mechanically inclined problem-solvers. Initial training occurs on day shift. Join a growing team producing medicines under strict GMP standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English for SOPs and GMP compliance
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided
- Technical training or at least 6 months of prior pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail as a team player
- Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
- Comfortable working in regulated cleanroom environments
- Mechanical aptitude or experience operating complex machinery a plus
Responsibilities
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures
- Record steps in batch records, logbooks, and other required documentation
- Operate equipment and machines
- Perform aseptic techniques and cleanroom gowning for select roles
- Conduct setup, cleaning, sanitization, and teardown of rooms and equipment
- Perform material verification, line clearances, and reconciliations
Benefits
- Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.50 (hourly)
