The QC Analyst performs quality control testing to ensure products meet required specifications, supporting consumer quality and customer service performance. This role completes daily laboratory activities on time and in compliance with GMP and Good Control Laboratory Practice.

Perform physical and chemical testing on raw materials, bulk, and finished products according to specifications and SOPs. Prepare and test samples for the ongoing stability program as required.
Ensure all test results are accurate, reviewed, documented, and available for audit. Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, and Production teams to complete testing on time. Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and good housekeeping while managing chemical reagents and inventory.
Fresh graduates are welcome with hands-on laboratory experience as an advantage. Support investigations of Out of Specification results and validation activities related to chemical testing. Work alongside global teams united by the purpose to make hygiene, wellness, and nourishment accessible.

Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Science, or a related field
- Basic MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow SOPs and work according to GMP/GCLP standards
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize workload effectively
- Fresh graduates welcome; hands-on laboratory experience is an advantage
- Experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, spectrophotometer, auto titrator, or Karl Fischer is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform physical and chemical testing on raw materials, bulk, and finished products according to specifications and SOPs
- Prepare and test samples for the ongoing stability program as required
- Ensure all test results are accurate, reviewed, documented, and available for audit
- Prepare, standardize, and maintain volumetric and test solutions according to SOPs
- Take care of assigned laboratory glassware and ensure equipment calibration and routine maintenance
- Manage chemical reagents, reference standards, working standards, and laboratory inventory
- Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, and Production teams to complete testing on time
- Support investigations of Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results
